That is the honest shape of this business. There are two of us. We quote together, we turn up together and we finish the room together. If you ring the number on this page, one of us answers it — there is no office, no sales appointment and no lad sent round to "take some measurements".
It matters more than it sounds. A bathroom refit takes over the one room in the house that nobody can do without, and most of what goes wrong on one goes wrong in the handover — the plumber who has left before the tiler arrives, the fitter who never saw the room before the suite was ordered. With two of us running the whole job, there is no handover to lose anything in.
The same two faces, first day to last
Strip-out, first fix, boarding, tiling, suite, second fix, silicone. You meet us at the quote and you see us again every morning until the room is finished. It is the single most common thing our customers mention afterwards.
Priced after we've seen the room
Where the soil pipe runs, what is behind the plasterboard, how much floor build-up there is — none of that shows up in a photo. We come out, look properly, and then give you a figure for the whole job.
Left clean, not left "nearly done"
Old suite and rubble taken away, floor cleaned, everything run and checked before we hand the room back. Snagging is something we do before you find it, not after you ring about it.

Full bathroom fitting
The whole room, from the old suite going out to the last bead of silicone going in — handled by the two of us, in order, without a handover.
Cloakrooms & en-suites
Small rooms, done properly. Several of our customers had the main bathroom done first and then asked us back for the downstairs loo.
Kitchen fitting
Units, worktops, appliance fitting, splashbacks and the flooring underneath — the same two fitters, the same order of work.
Flooring installation
Tile, LVT and wood-effect plank, laid on a floor that has been made flat first rather than laid over the top of whatever is there.
Wall & floor tiling
The part of a fit that everyone sees. Set out dry first, so the cuts land where they should and the pattern runs true.

How a fit runs
Four stages, in the order they actually happen.
01
We come and look at the room
Both of us, usually. We measure, check the pipe runs and the floor, talk through what you want and what the room will actually allow, and then put a price together for the whole job rather than a rate per day.
02
Strip-out and first fix
Old suite out and away, walls and floor back to something we can work with, and the pipework reset for the bath, shower, basin, WC and towel rail. Anything destined to live behind a tile gets done and tested now.
03
Boards, floors and tiling
Walls boarded and floors levelled, wet areas made properly watertight, then the tiling set out dry before any adhesive is mixed — so the cuts land where they should and not in the middle of the wall you look at every morning.
04
Suite, second fix and hand-back
Bath, shower, screen, basin, WC, taps and radiator fitted and run. Internal corners siliconed rather than grouted so they can move. Then the room is cleaned and handed back working, not "working once the silicone has gone off".
Where we work
Based in Farnham, working across Surrey.
Farnham is home, and most of what we do is within a comfortable drive of it. We have never drawn a line on a map and we are not going to pretend to one here — if you are somewhere in Surrey and the job is right, ring and ask. It is usually a yes, and if it is too far we will say so on the phone rather than waste your afternoon.
